Production Associate
A production associate will process healthcare textiles to be distributed to healthcare facilities throughout Michigan. Duties will include a rotation of sorting laundry, feeding textile items into machines for ironing and folding, creating bundles of product, or hand folding specific items.
Benefits
For general entry level production positions: $18.00 per hour. Additional hourly premiums for some positions, up to an hourly wage of $20.50.
Health insurance available after 90 days of full-time employment for self and dependents. Excellent coverage. Only $28 weekly payroll contribution for self only health insurance; $75 weekly payroll deduction for family coverage.
Life insurance and short term disability insurance at 90 days at no cost to the employee.

401k program available at 60 days through National Plus Plan.
WMSHL employees enjoy a fixed rotation schedule with Sundays off.
Our facility operates Monday through Saturday, 10 hours per day. Start and end times vary from 4:30am-3:00pm (soil side) to 5:00am-3:30pm (clean side). The schedule employees are given indicates working 4 days a week, 10 hours a day, on a fixed rotation with overtime available.
We also offer 6 paid holidays and PTO that begins accruing the first week of employment to start using after the probationary period is over (6 weeks).
